What Is The Status Of My Order?
You can review the order status via below ways.

Pls click the Account link on our Web site. Then enter your e-mail address and password in the fields provided, and click the Log In button. You’ll then be able to view a list of all of your orders with us.
Leave online message with order number. Prompted answer will be replied within 24 hours.
Email to us with order number. One of our representative from customer service team will reply you within 24 hours.
Please refer to the Status column of the order.

While your order is in process, its status in this column will be “Processing”. This means that the items are still under processing and will be shipped out soon.
Once your order has shipped, its status will be “Shipped”. A Shipment Notification with tracking number was also emailed to your email box which you entered when order placed.
If you have not received your order within 15 days of its shipment date, please contact Customer Service immediately.
